It is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
The return and exchange of goods is carried out within 14 calendar days, if:
- the settlement document issued to the consumer is saved;
- the product was not in use;
- the product appearance, completeness of the product, packaging, label, insert are preserved.
      The consumer has the right to exchange or return goods of appropriate quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase, unless a longer period is announced by the seller (Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights"). The last day you can request a refund and take back a product of good quality will be the 14th day of the period that started the day after the purchase. Good quality goods are returned at the buyer's expense. The seller, at the request of the buyer, exchanges the goods or refunds the money.

The product cannot be returned or exchanged if:

Products have been damaged or modified (with the exception of manufacturing defects);
Products have traces of use;
Individual orders made at the customer's request;
Products after 14 days from the date of sale cannot be accepted for return or exchange;
The goods were delivered by third-party courier services (Nova poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest Express and others) and when the parcel was issued, the goods were taken away without checking the integrity of the packaging, checking the complete set and the integrity of the goods themselves.
