PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
The goods are delivered throughout Ukraine to any city and settlement of the region - we send the goods by the transport company of your choice during the day.
We work with the following delivery services: Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Delivery, Myst Express.
You can use both address delivery of goods to the door to your address, and receive goods in the branch of your choice. The cost of delivery of goods according to the tariffs of the delivery service.
1. Delivery of goods by Nova Poshta.
Self-pickup from Nova Poshta branches - from UAH 60.
Delivery to the post office or by courier at the address.

You can familiarize yourself with the current tariffs for Nova Poshta services on the website https://novaposhta.ua. At the moment, the shipment and delivery of goods is carried out by post-payment or pre-payment. The list of cities to which delivery is possible after payment can be found at the following link: https://novaposhta.ua/timetable. Delivery services of the transport company are paid by the Buyer upon receipt of the goods. When ordering the goods by post-payment, the Buyer also pays the commission for the money transfer.
 
We draw the attention of buyers to the need to pick up their parcels in a timely manner, but no later than 5 (five) days after its dispatch, in order to avoid auto-return and additional costs in this regard.
2. Delivery of goods by "Ukrposhta".
When choosing this delivery method, you should accurately indicate the postal code of the branch of your city and the exact address of the recipient. Address delivery by Ukrposhta courier is also possible. It should be taken into account that the delivery time of the parcel by "Ukrposhta" can be 10 days.
3. Delivery of goods "Delivery", Bridge Express.
Delivery of goods by "Delivery", Myst Express is carried out by prepayment and is sent within two working days. It should be taken into account that the delivery time can be up to 5 days.
Ways of paying for the product:
1. Non-cash payment to a current account with details.
bank details for paying for the goods are sent to your email or Viber.
2. Via LiqPay.
3. Payment upon receipt.
Additional Information
• Goods are shipped from our warehouse daily. Packaging of goods for transportation is carried out at the expense of the seller.
• The online store is not responsible for late shipment of the parcel from the carrier's warehouse.
IMPORTANTLY:
If the package arrived damaged or you noticed a lack of seats, immediately notify the seller and record this fact at the place where you pick up the goods.
It is necessary to write a claim on the official letterhead of the carrier's company.
Refuse to receive the parcel. And not to pay it.
If this is not done, we have the right to refuse to compensate you.
